At PET4US India, customer satisfaction and pet safety are our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from www.pet4us.com can be returned, replaced, or refunded.

✅ 1. Return Eligibility

🐾 A. Pet Accessories & Non-Consumable Products

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact

❌ B. Pet Food, Treats & Consumables

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet food, treats, supplements, grooming products, and consumables are NOT eligible for return or refund, unless:

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

🚚 2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Policy

You are eligible for replacement or refund if:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Manufacturing defect is found

📸 Customer must share clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery to support@pet4us.com or WhatsApp.

💰 3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after returned item inspection

  • Refund will be issued to:

    • Original payment method OR

    • PET4US Store Wallet / Coupon (optional business strategy)

⏱ Processing time: 5–10 business days

🔁 4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for non-food accessories

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

📦 5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer must pay return shipping charges for normal returns

  • PET4US India will bear shipping charges for defective or wrong items

❌ 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pet food, treats, supplements, medicines

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Opened hygiene products (beds, litter, grooming tools)

  • Used products

❎ 7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
