At PET4US India, we strive to deliver your pet products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and charges.


1. Shipping Coverage Area

  • We currently ship across India (PAN India).

  • Some remote or restricted pin codes may have limited delivery options.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹[Your Minimum Order Value]

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹[Your Shipping Fee] for orders below the minimum value

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • PET4US India reserves the right to disable COD for high-risk orders or locations.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.


7. Delivery Delays

PET4US India is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.


9. Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Packaging

  • All products are packed securely to ensure safety during transit.

  • Pet food and fragile items are packed with extra protection.


11. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. (You can edit this if you plan global shipping.)
